Colts crew proprietor Jim Irsay confirmed Ulrich’s passing on X, previously Twitter, on Wednesday.
“I’m heartbroken to listen to of the passing of Matt Ulrich. Matt was with us solely two seasons, however left his mark on many,” he wrote. “Nice man, I hear he was an amazing dad – and he was a Tremendous Bowl champ. My prayers to his household.”
His explanation for dying was not instantly identified.

Ulrich signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2005 after enjoying at Northwestern. He performed 5 video games that season and performed in 5 video games in 2006.
